Cancellation policy

Cancellation fees:

• Cancellations up to 29 days before arrival: Refund of the entire payment made less a cancellation fee of 100 Swiss francs (CHF).
• Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: 50 percent refund of the total payment made, less a cancellation fee of 100 Swiss francs (CHF). If the rental property can be re-let for the same period, a refund of the total payment made, less a cancellation fee of 100 Swiss francs (CHF), will be issued.
• Cancellation up to 5 days before arrival: 20 percent refund of the total payment made, less a cancellation fee of 100 Swiss francs (CHF). If the rental property can be re-let for the same period, a refund of the total payment made, less a cancellation fee of 100 Swiss francs (CHF), will be issued.
• Cancellations made 5 days or less before arrival or no-shows: If the rental property can be re-let for the same period, a full refund of the payment made will be issued, less a cancellation fee of 100 Swiss francs (CHF). Otherwise, 100 percent of the total amount will be retained.
• Any refunds will only be issued after the booked holiday period has ended.
