Payment Terms:

Payment of the booking fee via electronic payment is required.

Liability / Duty of Care:

Guests must use the Energy Lodge premises with the utmost care. The guest or the company agrees to compensate for any property damage incurred. The Energy Lodge disclaims all liability for theft, etc., and with respect to services provided by third parties.

Lost and Found:

Lost items will be forwarded only at the guest’s request. The guest bears the costs and risk associated with shipping.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction:

Swiss law governs the legal relationship between the guest/customer and the Energy Lodge. Kandersteg is agreed upon as the place of jurisdiction.
